Dr Fenech commenced his career at the firm of Fenech & Fenech Advocates and was for a long time the CEO at Fenlex Group. He left the firm bearing his family name in 2008 to form FFF together with the ARQ Group of Companies where he served as founding Chairman. The ARQ Group is a Malta-based multi-disciplinary professional services organization.
