Karl has formed part of the Group Executive Management team since 2014 as Chief Commercial Officer and then as CEO in 2016. He was instrumental in setting up various business ventures in The Netherlands, Djibouti, Rwanda and Spain as well as strengthening the Group’s internal structures and logistical capabilities.
